La JEP tiene la función de administrar justicia en el marco de la transición a partir de los delitos cometidos en el marco del conflicto armado que se hubieran cometido antes del 1 de diciembre de 2016. El presente curso analizará los fundamentos jurídico de esta institución así como sus procedimientos y principales desafíos.
