一般社団法人We are Buddies代表理事としてオランダ発の子どもとおとなのバディプログラムを日本で展開しているAiriさん。オランダに住んでいた経験から、属性関係なしにフラットに色々な人と対話ができる状況を日本でも作りたいという思いで、そんなきっかけになりうるお酒を作っているサントリーに新卒で就職。その後、シェアハウスに住んだり、コワーキングスペースでのコミュニティマネージャー等の経験を経て、We are Buddiesを設立。好きなことに全力で取り組めているAiriさんから溢れ出る情熱やワクワク感を始終感じられる素敵な時間でした。

サイバーエージェント執行役員兼Estream代表取締役のTakai Rinaさん。新卒でサイバーに入社後、営業、広報を経て着実に目の前の仕事をこなし、成果を出すことで若くして事業責任者に抜擢され、産休育休後復職後の現在は執行役員としても活躍しています。経験値やスキルが少ない場合、通常だと挑戦することに尻込みしがちですが、好奇心と常に挑戦するマインドセットがあれば、どんなことだって成し遂げられるんだなと思いました。FB元COOのSheryl Sandbergの女性リーダーを増やしていくためのアドバイスのひとつに、最後まで声をあげ、手を上げ続けることが大切というのがありますが、まさにRinaはそれを具現化している日本の紅色の日の丸を背負った女性リーダー！私も小さく収まらずもっと視野広げていこう！と元気と勇気をもらいました。
