<p>法國的美好年代在台灣</p> <p><br></p> <p>Crêpe源自法國西北部的布列塔尼地區（Bretagne）。</p> <p> 製作成份：麵粉、雞蛋、牛乳、奶油和鹽。 甜可麗餅Crêpe：</p> <p>使用小麥粉。配以糖粉、果醬、水果丁、巧克力、冰淇淋等。</p> <p> 鹹可麗餅Galette ：使用蕎麥或黑麥粉。配乳酪、火腿、雞蛋、</p> <p>燉燜蔬菜、香菇、各式肉品、鮪魚等。 Suzette可麗餅：將柳橙果肉、</p> <p>柳橙汁、糖和柳橙味的干邑白蘭地（Grand Marnier ）燒成調味汁，</p> <p>澆在餅上後灑上砂糖，再點燃配以一球冰淇淋。 在Bretagne常說：</p> <p>「好蕎麥煎餅配一蘋果酒（Cidre)，幸福！」 </p> <p>（Une bonne galette de blé noir avec une bolée de cidre, le bonheur !）</p>
