コントラスト第21回、「2023年を振り返って」パート2です。 前回の振り返りの後半で話題になった「趣味を仕事にすること」について話しました。 「仕事は人生の大半を占めるので、趣味を仕事にしたほうが充実する」という岸と 「趣味は絶対に仕事にしないほうがいい」というハンサリのコントラストで、この永遠のテーマについて考えています。 皆さんの思考のきっかけになれば幸いです。今年も一年ありがとうございました。 いつもポッドキャストを聞いて下さっている皆様のおかげでここまで続けることができました。 次回は来年になります！ それではよいお年を！

コントラスト第21回、「2023年を振り返って」パート1です。 今年最後のテーマとなり、今回と次回の2パートでお送りします。一年を振り返りどうだったかというところから始まり、人生を振り返るような内容となりました。 （第十八回：40歳というマイルストーンのときとは、また違った話になったのも興味深い所です）今を未来のために犠牲にすることの良し悪しや、「やりたいこと」との向き合い方などを通し、 歳を重ねることで変化した部分について話しています。 皆さんの思考のきっかけになれば幸いです。今年も一年ありがとうございました。 いつもポッドキャストを聞いて下さっている皆様のおかげでここまで続けることができました。 次回（来週）の配信もよろしくお願いします。

コントラスト第20回、「消費と幸福の関係性」パート４、最終回です。消費の反対である「節約」で幸せになれるのかという、切り口で話してみました。・節約は幸福と直結すると考えるハンサリ（でも消費ブーム） ・節約は幸福には直結しなさそうという岸（でもプチミニマリストブーム）・物を手に入れた瞬間（at）にフォーカスするハンサリ ・物を所有している状態（on）にフォーカスする岸 など、色々なコントラストが際立つ回となりました。「物を持たないことで真の幸せを探す」「消費（物）はいらないという自分へのバージョンアップ」など、より高みの幸福を模索するハンサリのストイックさが大変岸には刺激的な内容でした。現代社会を生きる上では避けて通れない消費。それが少しでも幸福に繋がるように日々考えていければいいなと思いました！ 皆さんにとっても何か考えるきっかけやヒントになれば幸いです！
