About Late to the Spectrum

Late to the Spectrum is a podcast about discovering autism later in life—and figuring out what comes next. When Geoff Kullman’s two kids were diagnosed with autism, he started wondering whether there might be something he was missing about himself. That question eventually led to his own autism assessment—and a diagnosis of ASD, along with ADHD, later in life. Now Geoff is exploring what that diagnosis means for his past, his relationships, his work, his parenting, and his future. Along the way, he’ll share his own story, talk with autistic adults and experts, unpack what he’s learning, and explore the questions that come with discovering yourself later in life. Late to the Spectrum isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about asking better questions, understanding ourselves a little better, and figuring out how to build a life that fits. If you’re late to the spectrum—or love someone who is—you’re welcome here. The diagnosis may come late. But the journey starts now. Hosted on Acast.
