Heute, am 1. Oktober, ist der Internationale Tag des Kaffees. Was passt also besser, als eine Folge „Lauheißer Kaffee“? In dieser Folge geht es darum, wie es mir den letzten Wochen und Monaten ergangen ist. Außerdem rede ich über die Auswirkungen der Psyche auf den Körper und meine Probleme, Dinge zu fokussieren und die Aufmerksamkeit nicht nur auf eine Sache zu lenken. Ich spreche darüber, wie ich unabsichtlich Projekte und Menschen zu denen ich eigentlich guten Kontakt halten möchte, vernachlässige und wie sehr mich das belastet. Denn genau das ist es, was ich nicht möchte: Oberflächlich sein und mir wichtige Menschen und Projekte vernachlässigen. Viel Spaß mit dieser Folge. :)

Immer wenn ich von anderen Menschen höre, dass sie eigentlich etwas anderes machen wollen und sie mir dann sagen, dass sie es sich nicht trauen, macht es mich traurig. In dieser Folge geht es darum, wie ich für mich persönlich meinen Weg zu meinem Ziel Schauspieler und Sprecher zu werden gehe und mit welchem Konzept ich dieses weiterhin tue. Wenn man etwas wirklich möchte, geht man automatisch durch Höhen und Tiefen. Man sollte aber auch einige Risiken eingehen um das zu erreichen, was einen persönlich erfüllt. Das radikalste kann auch ein Tapetenwechsel sein.
