As usual the hosts of the episode are Kaius Nemi, executive MBA alumnus from Henley Business School and Deputy CEO at Miltton Group, and Dr. Paula Kilpinen, author and leadership strategist, CEO of Henley Business School Nordic, who has an award-winning PhD on developing strategic capabilities in rapidly changing global environment.</p><p>In the episode, we dive into the topic with two guests who lead transformation from very different angles.
