Spears is someone, like many celebrities, who lost a form of agency when she became famous.</p><p>The documentary revisits her career and features old commentary from Spears herself. Interview subjects include Eat, Pray, Britney podcast hosts, Jaclyn and Lisa, Communications Director of UC Santa Barbara, Nora Drake (who completed her Master’s thesis on Spears), and NYU Adjust Professor on Internet Culture and Fandom, Zoe Fraade-Blanar.</p><p>This audio documentary was completed for a senior thesis at NYU. All music and audio are used for educational purposes only.</p><p><strong>Directed by Andie Kanaras.</strong></p>
