Lift as We Rise: Introducing the New Culturally Specific Resource Centers
<p>The Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) Administration on Children, Youth, and Families-Family and Youth Services Bureau (ACYF-FYSB) recently funded Minnesota Indian Women's Sexual Assault Coalition (MIWSAC), Mujeres Latinas en Acción (Mujeres), National Organization of Asians & Pacific Islanders Ending Sexual Violence (NAPIESV), and National Organization of Sisters of Color Ending Sexual Assault (SCESA) to establish Family Violence Prevention & Services Act Program Culturally Specific Sexual Assault Capacity Building Centers (CSSAC). </p> <p><br></p> <p>Join us as we unpack why this funding is historic and why innovative programming specific for communities of color is paramount to anti-sexual violence work.</p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p>
