<p>人類發明了太陽能電池，而植物的生長也依賴於陽光，那麼我們能不能放棄昂貴的電池板，採用植物作為載體來發電呢？科學家給出了肯定的答案，而且世界上已經成功開發出「植物電池」。這種「植物電池」被稱為純天然的植物能源。</p> <p>如何製作「植物電池」</p> <p>很多人都對「植物電池」很有興趣，其實早在1981年的英國，就有一位鐘錶匠做了一個簡單的實驗：他在檸檬上插入兩個電極，然後將電極與小型鐘錶發電機的電路連接在一起，結果鐘錶就像連接上電源一樣，開始正常走動了。</p> <p>為此，這位鐘錶匠提出了一個大膽的假設，那就是用植物來發電！</p> <p>鐘錶匠的實驗也讓人們知道，原來植物中也蘊藏著電能，一個檸檬就像一個「植物電池」一樣。雖然這種方法沒有被運用到實際研究中去，不過卻是「植物電池」的最初嘗試，同時也吸引了更多的科學家對此進行深入研究。</p> <p>科學家有了最初的設想：在工作生產中，如果從水中提取氧氣和氫氣需要耗費大量的電能，而植物的綠葉可以通過陽光將水分分解成氫氣和氧氣，那麼能夠製造出一種利用太陽能的「電子葉」，就等於找到了一個不可估量的發電廠。不過，這樣的設想最終在運用中遇到了障礙，科學家不得不宣布，製造「植物電池」並沒有實際運用價值。因為要精確測出葉綠體物質對電池效率所產生的影響就十分困難，而且「植物電池」中生物系統和化學系統需要協同作用，單個系統效率的簡單疊加，根本無法變成同比增加的整體效率。</p> <p>雖然「植物電池」在研究及運用中困難重重，不過它的優越性還是無法比擬的，所以，時至今日仍然有許多科學家投身於這個研究領域中，不斷突破和創新。相信不久的將來，「植物電池」也能夠走進我們的身邊，走進千家萬戶，真正地改變我們的生活。</p> <p>原文網址：<a href="https://kknews.cc/science/j894laq.html">https://kknews.cc/science/j894laq.html</a></p>
