Alle Alarmsignale im Körper schalten sich auf rot. </p> <p>Es ist, als ob dein Herz plötzlich schneller schlägt, deine Hände schwitzen und ein dumpfes Gefühl in deinem Bauch aufsteigt. Deine Gedanken rasen und du suchst verzweifelt nach einer Möglichkeit, den Fehler rückgängig zu machen oder die Situation zu retten. </p> <p>Und genau diese Momente sind WICHTIG. Sie lehren uns Selbstreflexion und die Bedeutung von Lernprozessen. Denn die wahre Stärke liegt darin, wie wir darauf reagieren und das wir immer etwas daraus lernen.
