⟪創篇由來⟫ 我踏上探索自己的旅程，發現一開始面對自己的內心很赤裸、有很多的不舒服、特別彆扭，我不想接受原來自己有這麼多的黑暗和缺點。可探索心靈很深層的一塊也是，認同並接納自己可以不完美。也在一次次的練習中學會，我是值得的，我是能夠擁有美好的，情緒只是一種展現，這不丟臉，我才逐漸的壯大自己內在的力量。不敢說我已經做到100分，但我開始可以接受就算有時候只有60.70分時的自己也不糟糕，因為我知道我一直都是有努力慣性的人，暫時的失常只是人生在學會讓自己休息和平衡罷了。因此我走了很多年，累積了很多與自己碰撞、磨合、對話、探索的經驗，也想讓正要開始，或是正在路上的同道人，一起有伴前行，踏上尋找並正視，真實自己的路程。 很多人對於自己的情緒起伏是無感的，不一定是脾氣好，或淡泊名利，而是常常選擇忽略或遺忘，卻一直誤會不生氣才是討人喜愛的。但真正的接受自己的一切與自己相處的平衡，應該是理解自己為什麼會有這些情緒來源，而這些感受的呈現，不管是好的不好的，都是一種很棒的情緒要給我們的提示，當我們能夠慢慢抽絲剝繭明白自己感受的各種面向時，就能逐漸地放下，原來人不需要完美，而是完整的認識自己，就能夠有所向無敵的內心。
