Caleb Flynn Guilty: The Affair, Digital Evidence and the Killing of Ashley Flynn
Caleb Flynn has been found guilty on all nine counts in the death of his wife, Ashley Flynn.
In this episode of Life Points with Ronda, Ronda reconstructs the case from the affair and more than 100,000 private messages to the digital evidence, the alleged staged intruder story, the missing weapon, the defense arguments, and the remarkably fast jury verdict.
⚖️ Prosecutors argued that Flynn wanted a future with his mistress without facing the financial, family, employment, and church consequences of divorce. The defense emphasized the absence of a recovered weapon, eyewitness testimony, gunshot-residue testing, and other direct physical evidence. Ultimately, the jury accepted the prosecution’s circumstantial case and convicted Flynn on every count.
Most importantly, this episode centers Ashley Flynn as more than someone’s wife. Ashley was a teacher, volleyball coach, mother, daughter, sister, and a woman whose beautiful children now have to live with an unimaginable loss.
❤️ Ronda extends her deepest condolences to Ashley’s family and children while examining the larger Life Point: the truth may be painful, but avoiding it can create consequences far worse than anything honesty would have required.

The Cornell 7: What Happened Inside Chi Phi and Why Was the Case Reopened?
The case being called the Cornell 7 has exploded nationally after a former Cornell University student alleged that seven fraternity members sexually assaulted her inside the Chi Phi fraternity house in October 2024.
In this episode of Life Points with Ronda, Ronda examines the allegations, the Snapchat communications, Jane Doe’s original statements to Cornell University Police, the inconsistencies prosecutors have discussed, Cornell’s disciplinary actions, and the evidence the district attorney says was not fully available when criminal charges were initially declined.
🏫 Cornell expelled or suspended students and ultimately removed Chi Phi from campus, while prosecutors originally declined to bring criminal charges. Now the investigation has been reopened and prosecutors intend to present evidence to a grand jury.
Ronda also examines intoxication and consent, fraternity culture, university accountability, trauma and memory, due process, the responsibility of bystanders, and why young men need to be included in serious conversations about consent.
⚠️ The allegations remain allegations, and this episode distinguishes carefully between university findings, civil allegations, criminal charges, and proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

Christa Pike Execution Halted at the Last Minute | Why the Court Stepped In
Christa Pike was scheduled to be executed in Tennessee on September 30, 2026, but a federal appeals court stepped in shortly before the execution was set to begin. ⚖️
In this episode of Life Points with Ronda, Ronda breaks down the extraordinary legal battle surrounding Pike’s death sentence, including the Sixth Circuit’s emergency stay, Pike’s history of severe childhood abuse and mental illness, her age of eighteen at the time of the crime, and the constitutional questions surrounding whether those factors were fully considered at sentencing. The U.S. Supreme Court had already denied an earlier stay request on September 29, making the last-minute intervention even more dramatic. Supreme Court
Ronda also centers the life of Colleen Slemmer, who was nineteen years old when she was killed in 1995, and acknowledges the decades of pain carried by Colleen’s mother and family. Nothing about examining Pike’s legal rights erases the brutality of what happened to Colleen.
This episode asks difficult questions about youth, trauma, mental illness, rehabilitation, capital punishment, and whether someone should face execution decades after committing a crime at eighteen.
