聲音以各種形式存在於人與文化之中，而不同城市背景下的聲音，牽連著不同的情感與文化。我們希望，用「聲音」紀錄台灣的地方故事、在地文化，探討點與面、面與時間軸與文化性、情感的關聯，認識台灣的不同樣貌。 《旅城發聲中》將帶領聽眾進入在地的聲音世界，沉浸於聆聽的饗宴，練習對聲音的敏感度，覺察生活周遭平凡卻與眾不同的美妙聲音。 本節目共分為兩個單元，第一單元〈聽見阮的聲〉，主持人希望與聽眾分享當集城市的獨特「聲音」，介紹當地特色文化的歷史背景與在地印象，並欣賞與當地相關的文學、音樂或影視作品，如同遨遊當地，帶領聽眾「聲」歷其境。第二單元〈感受阮的愛〉將邀請「在地來賓」分享在這塊土地上成長的生活經驗、旅行故事、文化覺察，探索來賓對在地的文化認同。 你有多久沒有好好聆聽周遭的聲音呢？跟著《旅城發聲中》一起，探索台灣各地的獨特之音。

「一想到台中，你的腦中會浮現什麼聲音呢？」 《旅城發聲中》首站帶領大家前往中部地區最大城市——台中，一窺大甲媽祖的遶境文化。另外也邀請到土生土長的台中人方姐，和我們分享她心中的台中印象。 跟著本集的主持人品翰、亭珊來場沉浸式的聲音體驗吧！ 〖聽見阮的聲｜大甲媽祖遶境進香〗 你知道在台灣，單一信仰人口數最多的是哪個宗教嗎？根據台灣媽祖聯誼會估計，全台灣約有6成左右屬於媽祖信眾。因此，每年「三月瘋媽祖」的遶境活動，都會引發萬人空巷的熱鬧景況。其中，由大甲鎮瀾宮主辦的「大甲媽祖遶境進香」更是屢屢突破百萬人參與。本集〈聽見阮的聲〉，品翰跟亭珊將帶你走進台中，認識這場被Dicovery譽為「世界三大宗教盛事」之一的民俗慶典。 〖感受阮的愛｜台中山線代表方姐〗 「台中人說話真的會加『膩』嗎？」、「台灣大道為什麼要叫中港路？」除了媽祖遶境文化，本集也邀請土生土長的台中囡仔「方姐」，和我們分享她心裡的台中，並正面迎戰台中刻板印象！如果你也對以上問題感到好奇，快點開節目，一起〈感受阮的愛〉！
