Ich mag Brot 🍞🍞🍞
Brot 🍞🍞 Zutaten für 1 kleines Brot: 500 g Weizenmehl, 1 Päckchen Backpulver, 250 ml Wasser, 1 TL Salz, 2 EL Sonnenblumenöl, 100 g Sonnenblumenkerne + Kerne zum Bestreuen. Zubereitung: Schritt 1 Als erstes den Ofen auf 200°C vorheizen und eine Kastenform mit Pflanzenöl oder Margarine einfetten. Dann in einer Schüssel das Mehl mit Backpulver, Salz und den Kernen vermischen. Schritt 2 Jetzt mit den Knethaken des Handmixers zuerst das Öl und dann nach und nach das Wasser unterkneten – zur Not gehen auch die Hände. Schritt 3 Den fertigen Teig in die Form geben, glatt streichen, mit einem scharfen Messer der Länge nach einschneiden und mit Kernen bestreuen. Das Brot 55 Minuten backen und vor dem Essen ganz auskühlen lassen.
