I was inspired today to chat quickly about dreams, aspirations. I have accomplished a lot in my life, but there is still so much I dream and hope for. I am a big believer in rewriting your stars and making intentional daily changes to turn your life into exactly what you want it to be.

I’m reflecting on what healing really looks like after a relationship ends. For me, much of the grieving happened before I was ever divorced. In this episode, I talk about letting go, rebuilding yourself, learning to be okay on your own, and realizing that sometimes healing is happening long before you recognize it.
