魄力 · 2 · 不论愉悦或痛苦的想法，全然观察，本身就是魄力
<p>C：但这种看清呢，是一个一体的过程，相互交织的，你要先拿出魄力静下来才能看清，但同时你看清了，会让你更有这种魄力静下来。</p> <p>只要拿出魄力，不为想法所动，特别是愉悦，还有各种的痛苦、反应，<u>全然的观察</u>。</p> <p>观察，让内心平静下来，内心从平静中感受到快乐。</p> <p>在自己的一言一行中，完全把人性的内在美展现出来，而不是大脑一味的去寻求愉悦。</p> <p>咱没有去否认愉悦的重要性，而是要看到愉悦来自想法这种不稳定，大脑这种汲取、追求、寻求愉悦，所带来的整个大脑的混乱，无序；</p> <p>拿出魄力，放下从想法中汲取愉悦，放下各种的念头。在观察中，内心平静。在整个的人生的行动中，闪现出人性的内在美。</p> <p>这种状态下，内心不需要汲取愉悦，一切自然到来，源源不断，这就是快乐。</p> <p>但促使整个过程的发生，这样一个彻底转变的过程——从汲取愉悦，到快乐的状态，需要一个人拿出魄力，hold住。</p> <p>在这样一个转换的过程中，不为想法所动。</p> <blockquote>一直全然的观察，全然的接纳，让这一切自然的发生，这本身就是整个内心魄力的展现。</blockquote>

魄力 · 1 · 冥想/彻变，需要魄力
<p>问：在冥想的人群中，我们经常能观察到这样一种心态——犹犹豫豫。</p> <p>要么是一直没有拿出魄力，严肃认真地冥想；要么是在冥想之后，看到了整个社会心理构架给内心带来的问题，但是内心里面又不敢彻底地跳出这个框架。</p> <p>Cico，你怎么看待这种犹豫、徘徊、不果决？</p> <p><br></p> <p>C：你看，绝大多数人都活在想法里面，整个生活大部分都是由想法购置起来的——各种的愉悦，各种的确信，各种的稳定，都是依赖这个想法。</p> <p>这个想法体现为各种各样的社会框架，意识形态，信仰……</p> <p>这种大脑过度依赖想法来汲取愉悦，让整个生活、心态保持短暂的平稳，这样一个即刻的需求非常的强劲。</p> <p>但要放下这些想法，彻底的放下，这意味着一个长期从想法中寻求各种确信的内心，要面临一种前所未有的不确定性。</p> <p>换句话说，彻底放下想法，本身能够触发一个长期跟想法为伴的内心的极度恐慌。</p> <p>一个活在想法里的内心，有各种的愉悦来不断维持情绪稳定。</p> <p>同时，这样一个内心充满了恐惧，因为恐惧来自于想法。想法的一点点变化，内心就感到恐慌，更何况是放下所有想法。</p> <p>即便是冥想、严肃的对待人生、放下想法，这本身意味着一个持久的、内心的平稳、安全。但这样一个放下想法的过程本身，也会带来即刻的恐慌。</p> <p>所以，在放下想法，清空所有意识——这样一个大的任务面前——内心惊慌失措，犹犹豫豫。</p> <p>各种想要知道冥想更多，想要获得更多的确信，但始终无法亲自去做，因为这样一个即刻的恐慌还在。</p> <p>一个活在想法的内心，它总是去追逐愉悦，这意味着它害怕、排斥任何一丁点不是愉悦的东西。</p> <p>而这样一个深度探索的过程，本身也会对内心带来短时的扰动。但那样一个心拒绝任何的扰动、问题。所以，在这样一个内心探索的过程中，陷入了僵局。</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>而冥想——观察人生——意味着既不积极也不消极，而是客观的观察。</strong></p> <p>所以，一颗寻求愉悦、寻求积极性的内心就无法看到现实，去看到现实本身就是要拿出魄力。</p> <p>放下对这个积极性的追求，就如实的看这个世界，看自己。这样一个事情，对一个一直在寻求愉悦大脑的来说，需要拿出十足的魄力。</p> <p>即刻切断这个瘾，这个对愉悦追求的瘾，这个对愉悦寻求的瘾。</p> <p>这个切断本身就是魄力，意味着去观察这样一个戒断反应，本身也需要魄力。</p> <p>我们得看到，放下这个愉悦，大脑会陷入到一种不确定状态，但大脑又想继续汲取愉悦。</p> <p>当大脑被放入到这样一个未知的状态里面的时候，大脑惊慌失措。</p> <p><strong>恐惧，就是戒断反应。</strong></p>
