004-我如何走出焦虑的阴霾
<p>今天继续给大家讲小故事，和大家聊一段我自己的亲身经历。也是我一直最不愿意说起的一段经历。不和大家卖关子，我曾经有过一段时间严重的焦虑症以及惊恐障碍，不过好在这么多年过去了，我也脱离了对药物的依赖，恢复了正常的生活。想把这段经历记记录下来，或许对正在面临和我同样问题的听友有所帮助。另外我想，当一件事能够被心平气和的记录和讲述的时候，也代表我真的走出这段阴霾，或许也为我日后的生活又增添了一份勇气。</p>
