#001 揹巾育兒推薦給即將一打二的新家庭
<p>#哺乳諮詢 <br /> <br />剛剛我的個案跟我討論，她坐完月子大寶就要回來，開始她一打二的生活，我建議她，開始做背巾功課，然後讓背巾進來生活。 <br /> <br />因為小寶畢竟還是嬰兒，還需要大量協助，一般來說嬰兒離開人就比較容易哭鬧，這時候如果你還要照顧大寶的需求就會忙不過來。幼兒跟嬰兒不一樣，幼兒因為心理上的發展所以一定要陪伴。而嬰兒比較多會是生理上跟安全感的需求，肚子餓、排泄、不喜歡這個溫度、不喜歡那個聲音等等的，基本上貼緊照顧者這些需求可以減少很多。 <br /> <br />另外我還會鼓勵在背巾裡頭餵奶，調整腰帶、肩帶讓寶寶高度跟乳房可以配合就可以，背巾的歷史長遠，「攜帶嬰兒」一直都是照顧者很直接的需要，讓照顧者有手照顧自己對成人心理健康也很重要。 <br /> <br />但不要因為太過便利就忘記把嬰兒放下，除了是考慮嬰兒的發展，也更要提醒照顧者應該要注意自己荷重的時間。使用背巾會有放風的感覺（因為寶寶會安靜），但是放下背巾把嬰兒交給別人真正去放風是我更鼓勵的XD。 <br /> <br />國際認證泌乳顧問/陪產員 吳唯菱 <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a></p>
