Mind Radius is a podcast about how great professionals think, decide, and evolve — beyond trends, titles, and tools.
Hosted by Sachintha “Sachi” Gunasena, each episode explores the human side of work: the journey, the decisions that shaped a career, the execution challenges that test you, and how thinking evolves over time — including how new tools like AI influence (but don’t replace) human judgment.
Season 2 is the video relaunch (audio available here), designed to be timeless, reflective, and practical.
