<p>العلاقة بين الابتسامة و السعادة</p> <p>تقدر تسعد نفسك و تسعد الأخرين ؟</p> <p>و الموضوع هو: كيف تسعد نفسك وتسعد الأخرين في نفس الوقت ؟ في خطوة واحدة</p> <p>نظريا الكلام سهل، و لكن في التنفيذ لا نجد ذلك، ممكن لأننا لا نركز في ذلك – من الأصل</p> <p>سنقوم بتجربة جديدة، مجرد تجربة، سنجعل 3 يبتسمون "اليوم"</p> <p>اليوم و ليس غدا</p> <p>سهلة؟ أو صعبة ؟</p> <p>لو صعبة، ممكن نحاول – مجرد محاولة – نجعلهم يبتسمون اليوم، و ننكد عليهم غدا</p> <p>الفكرة أن نجعل 3 يبتسمون – أني أفكر 3 مرات في اسعاد 3 أشخاص، و نرى رد الفعل</p> <p>رد الفعل على نفسي – و ليس عليهم</p> <p>السؤال: كيف أجعلهم يبتسموا ؟</p> <p>و غالبا يحيط بنا أناس مكشرين – و أحيانا يكونوا مستفزين، و يحاولوا مضايقتك</p> <p>فماذا أفعل ؟</p> <p>الأشخاص الذين يحاولون أن يكونوا لطفاء مع الناس أكتر، ليست أن يجعلهم يقهقهون من الضحك،</p> <p>مجرد الابتسامة و الاستماع الجيد، الاستماع الإيجابي، الانتباه أثناء حديثهم</p> <p>أصل الموضوع، أن نجعل 3 يبتسموا – اليوم – و قد أنكد عليهم غدا، لو لم أجد نتيجة</p> <p>الفكرة أن أحاول أسعد الأخرين – كيف أفعل ذلك ؟</p> <p>سهلة جدا- لو أحدهم فعل شيئا جيدا – أقول له – حلو جدا - ......</p> <p>أو أنه شيء جيد أنك فعلت هذا – و نصف ابتسامة على وجهي – ليس من الضروري أن أكون مبهورا بما فعل – و قد يكون ما فعله ليس بهذه الجودة – مجرد أن أكون مبتسما في وجهه</p> <p>في الحياة اليومية، وارد أن تجد أحدهم قادما في طريقك، ممكن توسع له الطريق، لن تتعطل كثيرا، و لكن مع ابتسامة صغيرة – ستتغير الأشياء</p> <p>يوجد أشخاص، عندما تفعل معهم ذلك، يبدأوا في القلق، و الإحساس أن هناك شيء مريب،</p> <p>ليسوا موضوعك، أفعل خطوتك الإيجابية، و لا تهتم بالنتيجة ، لن يكون هناك فرق فعلي</p> <p>أخر اليوم، أسأل نفسك، هل حدث تحسن، لك، أو أنك تحسي أنك افضل ؟ هل تمكنت من توصيل شيء إيجابي لمن حولك، أو لا ؟</p> <p>كلمة صباح الخير، بوجه مفرود أو مبتسم، يكون لها تأثير هائل عادة – تجعل هناك قبول لليوم</p>
