Erster Münchner Weitblick zum Thema mentale Gesundheit in der Isarmetropole

Erste Folge des Münchner Weitblicks vom Olympiaturm. Bei unserer Auftaktveranstaltung am 21.November 2022 standen mentale Gesundheit und gesundes Leben in der Großstadt im Mittelpunkt. Expert:innen unterschiedlicher Disziplinen diskutierten die Thematik. Evidenzbasiert und aus diversen Blickwinkeln: Martin Felber, der Direktor der AOK Bayern informierte zum Status quo der mentalen Gesundheit in München nach zwei Jahren Corona. Anschließend debattieren der Leiter der LMU-Klinik für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie Prof. Peter Falkai, die Stadtentwicklerin Prof. Agnes Förster, Inhaberin des Lehrstuhls für Stadtentwicklung an der RWTH Aachen und der Sportdozent und Jugendtrainer Nicolai Kammann über Wege zu einem gesünderen Leben in München – physisch, psychisch sowie in der räumlichen Dimension einer lebenswerten Stadt. Was könnten wir heute tun, damit es in Zukunft besser geht, wir noch resilienter oder wieder gesünder werden? Wer kann dazu welchen Beitrag leisten? Die Runde wird von der SZ-Wissenschaftsjournalistin Dr. Christina Berndt moderiert. Der Podcast endet in dem Moment, in dem sich unsere ca. 30 Gäste darunter Stadträt:innen und Referatsleiter:innen der Stadt München, selbst in Bewegung setzen. Und ihre Impulse in die Diskussion und zur Weiterbearbeitung in den Future Synthesizergeben.
