פרק 4 - תשמעו סיפור
שמתי לב שבכל השיחות שלי עם מוטי אלוני עלו המון דוגמאות מהיום יום של מוטי כיועץ. הרבה מקרים קטנים או גדולים שבהם חברות נזקקו לייעוץ שלו, נזקקו לפתרון הבעיות שלו, וליכולת שלו לעזור להן למצות את הפוטנציאל שלהן. בפרק הזה נביא כמה מהמקרים האלה. המקרה הראשון הוא של חברה לא ישראלית, שהחליטה להתחיל למכור את המוצרים שלה בארץ. חברת "סימילאק" האמריקנית. מכיוון שיש לה שם בינלאומי, חשבו בחברה שכשהם יגיעו לכאן, הכל יהיה בסדר והמוצרים יחטפו מהמדפים. אבל, זה לא היה כך.

פרק 3 - ניהול משא ומתן - חלק ב
את הפרק הקודם, הראשון, סיימנו בשתיים מתוך שלוש הנחות עבודה שמוטי עובד איתן כשהוא ניגש למשא ומתן. הראשונה אומרת - אם יש שולחן, יש אינטרס. השנייה, עוסקת ביחס שלנו כלפי הצד השני ושחשוב לא לזלזל בו. והנחת העבודה השלישית היא שתמיד אפשר למצוא פתרון יצירתי. חזרה לשורה התחתונה שאומרת שלמשא ומתן חייבים להתכונן. להתכונן אליו כדי לנהל אותו משום שזה מאפשר לנו לשלוט בתהליך וכשאנחנו שולטים בתהליך, אנחנו יכולים להשפיע על התוצאה. להשפיע על התוצאה, לא לקבוע אותה.

הפעם השיחה שלי עם מוטי אלוני הייתה על משא ומתן. שיחה ארוכה. אז חילקנו אותה לשני פרקים. את הפרק הראשון, נתחיל מהסוף. מהשורה התחתונה: גם אם השתתפתם בהרבה מאוד משאים ומתנים, זה לא אומר כלום על המשא ומתן הבא שתנהלו. גם אם הוא בנושא שכבר עסקתם בו בעבר, גם אם המשא ומתן הוא מול מישהו שכבר ישבתם מולו בעבר - לפני משא ומתן תמיד צריך להתכונן מראש.
