大家好，我是主持人菡寧! 這是我的第一集節目，主要是想幫助一些正在面臨失戀，情感上有困擾的人，可以有個情感寄託的地方，因為我能體會大家的心情，畢竟我前不久也才失戀，後來花了滿長段時間才真的走出來，在那段療傷時間哩，我是完完全全的封閉自己，就是大家說的搞自閉，當時我是真的不知道要跟誰訴說我的心情，可能身邊能說的朋友我也訴苦過了，但不可能要求他們每天重複聽我說這些，接收我的負面，大家都有自己生活上的負能量需要消化，所以我選擇關上自己，自我消化，我希望可以在我這裡幫助到跟我當時依樣心情跟困擾的人。 然後這是我的第一集節目，還有很多需要改進的地方，希望大家可以多多包涵以上的不足，若有任何生活上問題，感情問題，或者想給我建議的人，歡迎寫信給我。 以下是我的信箱: hawinetime@gmail.com 也歡迎追蹤我ig: wine_time_please (ig 也是我新創的空空如也，不過我會開始發文章訊息，大家不介意的話可先追蹤，謝謝你們)
