<p>I det här avsnittet besöker vi den östjämska byn Krångede. Under 1930-talet påbörjades bygget av ett av Sveriges största och sin tid modernaste kraftverk här. Hastigt som vinden förvandlades det traditionella jordbrukssamhället till ett blomstrande industrisamhälle dit människor från land och rike sökte sig i hopp om jobb. <br> </p> <p>Men vad är det som gör Krångede så speciellt och hur ser bygden ut idag?
