Společně jsme zrekapitulovaly rok 2023. Co jsme se naučily ? Za mě rozhodně věc, s kterou jsem dlouho bojovala x. let a už v roce 2022 jsem ji vyřešila, nicméně zařadila jsem ji sem protože tento rok jsem začala vydávat i podcast a projevilo se to i v realitě. Jednalo se o to nebát být sama sebou, neřešit okolí, žít tak, jak já opravdu chci a přestat koukat na okolí, že budu ,,ta jiná". Nejen za Terku, ale i za mě můžu říct, že je to vděčnost. Terezka studuje speciální pedagogiku a díky tomu začala i na svět pohlížet z trochu jiného úhlu, začala si mnohem více uvědomovat křehkosti života a každé maličkosti a to je i něco, co jsem se od Terezky naučila a já jí za to děkuji, i za to jaká je. A je toho mnohem více, pokud tě to zajímá, poslechni celý díl.

<p>Pokud máš pocit, že neustále nad něčím musíš přemýšlet a neumíš být bez myšlenek, tak si myslím, že by tě tento a následující díl mohl obohatit. V tomto díle mluvím o tom, jak je vůbec možné, že nám myšlenky utíkají a dávám tipy, jak s tím můžeme pracovat. V následujícím dílu budu mluvit o důležitosti žití v přítomnosti.</p>
