Keep Going
<p>I’ve adopted ‘Keep Going’ as my motto on my journey. </p> <p>In this current Pandemic crisis, I am continuously hearing people say “I give up” “I can’t do it anymore” “you win”. But every day is a journey and we need to follow the path of our heart. I Know that sometimes it’s not easy, however we have to keep going. Put on foot in front of the other, take each moment and embrace it.</p> <p>Exercise for me is a necessity, if I want to eat and drink as I do. Believe me I would much rather not have to partake. I am not a gym bunny by any stretch of the imagination, but to achieve my goal and free my mind, I will run.</p> <p>Many will fall down but it’s those that get back up and keep going. As Miley Cyrus says “its the climb“. </p> <p>KEEP GOING</p> <p>From my heart to yours</p>

Focus on your goal and take action toward it
<p>Sometimes your goals, or dreams can be taken away from you, or for many reasons are not materialising as you would want them to.</p> <p>Now, we all have a choice, We can wallow in self pity, become the victim OR step up, empower ourselves, focus on what we want and take action.</p> <p>There are always going to be obstacles on the course, life will always throw us a curve ball, so catch it and run with it.</p> <p>When you reach your goal you will look at all those obstacles and thank each and everyone of them. You wont want to change your path an inch. For each of them has gotten you to where you are now.</p> <p>Focus on what you want and take action.</p> <p>From my heart to yours.</p>
