Jadi di podcast pertama ini sedikit banyak-nya saya membahas mengenai pelaksanaan demokrasi di Indonesia . 🇮🇩 Berbicara mengenai demokrasi itu sendiri, mungkin yang pertama kali terpikir di benak kita adalah sebuah paham kebebasan yang berorientasi terhadap rakyat. Ada semboyan yang tidak pernah lepas dari demokrasi, yaitu “dari rakyat, oleh rakyat, dan untuk rakyat”. Demokrasi seolah menjadi trend dalam berbagai kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara di hampir seluruh negara di dunia, bahkan hampir seluruh masyarakat dunia mendambakan lingkungan yang demokratis di negaranya. Melihat dari penjelasan tersebut, maka apa sih pengertian dari demokrasi? Demokrasi merupakan gabungan dari dua kata dalam Bahasa Yunani yaitu demos yang berarti rakyat, dan kratos/cratein yang berarti pemerintahan. Dari bahasa Inggris demos dan kratos diserap menjadi democracy. Menurut Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia, demokrasi dalam istilah politik yang berarti pemerintahan rakyat.✨
