He shares how Publix's extensive IT team of 3,000 supports the company's operations and his approach to integrating Scrum and Kanban methodologies. By focusing on cultural alignment and gradual changes, Syed has successfully fostered a collaborative and transparent work environment.  Syed's experiences underscore the importance of understanding multiple Agile frameworks and tailoring them to fit organizational needs.
