Episode 2: Places to See When You're Here But Not from Here

We got to admit, the audio is not perfect on this episode. And most things we have said are probably factually incorrect. This might not be our best episode. But we try to focus on places we've loved to visit in India. Do we laugh a ton? Yep. Do we tell random travel stories? You betcha. Expect a terrible rundown of the history of Hampi (and why waking up too early for the sunset is not worth it), a sadhu that Sarah follows into the caves, Sarah's solo journey by public bus to near the Tibetan border and how she came to snack on snow peas and riding a tractor. Ronita gives another terrible and unofficial history of Kashmir (she tried) and how she found it and its complicated situation. We round out the episode going over our favorite places (Orccha! Goa! Coorg!) and where we want to go next (Odissa!)

- Hampi

We stayed at Lotus Riya Guesthouse, Hampi

Learn more about Hampi, because we did a terrible job describing its incredible history.

- Spiti

- Kashmir

- Coorg

- Orccha

- The town of Coorg - Madikeri

- Bylakuppe
