Timbul karena keresahan pribadi,yg seharusnya kita pelajari dari sekolah sampai kita tumbuh dewasa hak dan kewajiban itu menjadi hal yg dasar. Tapi kenapa sekarang seolah2 orang yg ingin meminta hak nya dan orang yg harusnya mengerti akan kewajiban nya malah di laporkan ke pihak berwajib?aneh nya negeriku.
