Podcast Overview

Every now and then, we experience a weird feeling of not deserving love and not being good enough. No matter what we do, we can't enjoy our success. This Podcast is a result of the thirty years Thomas Le Hoang has spent working on himself. The journey has not always been fun, however, where he is today feels like lightyears away from the hell he has endured. Along the way, he has discovered many lessons. One thing he has understood is that what may have been a solution for him could turn out to be useless for someone else. The very first thing we must do is to explore what makes us tick as individuals. Then, we will avoid wasting time looking for solutions that don't apply to us. In other words, not every therapy, not every self-help book, will work for us all, as we are all unique. However, if through his journey with NGE, you can uncover a formula for finding yourself, then this podcast would have worked its magic. You will then begin your 'second’ life as he did, not tying yourself down to those false beliefs you've created all these years. You will be able to step outside your self-constructed jail and enjoy the fullness of life.
