本計畫配合4月20日性別友善日以及性別友善週，以「彩虹」為發想。進一步讓社會了解「性別平等」、「性別友善」的多元文化。除了以文學的角度看待性別，特別選擇幾篇性別詩集、也用表單的方式徵求每個人獨一無二的性別故事。
