<p>In this episode I had a super fun conversation with LA based Yoga Instructor and skateboarder Yancy Scot Schwartz. We discuss his introduction to skateboarding and how he first found yoga. We also discuss how his yoga practices effect his skateboarding, we look at his daily Yoga practice routines and compare how they look now and how they looked when he was a complete beginner. Talking about Pranayama (breathing) Mantra (vocal) and Asana (physical) practices and how they play a part in his skateboarding.
