【書籍分享與實踐】 不知道大家有沒有曾經停下腳步思考過 ”如果今天是最後一天，你會不會對你目前的生活型態有所改變?” 我相信有99%的人答案會是”會” 如果你答案是”不會”，那非常恭喜你，你一定過得非常快樂 因為你正在實現自己的理想的路上 但如果你和大部分的我們一樣，會想對目前生活有所改變的話 這本書【瘋狂100事】推薦給你們! 一定會對你們有所啟發~ 這本書是作者完成自己人生清單過程的紀錄，因此我想先和大家分享一下作者 |賽巴斯丁的人生經歷。 賽巴斯丁他其實成長過程非常普通，跟大多數人一樣，一路上沒有遇到什麼挫折但也沒有甚麼成就，到選大學時還是不知道自己要的是什麼，因此選了很多男孩子會選的”運動系”(因為聽起來很爽，整天都在運動打球)，但4年後畢業了，他依然不知道自己要幹嘛，因此選擇去加拿大打工旅遊，但2年後24歲依然沒目標，這時他決定要回老家澳洲找一份”穩定的工作”，卻接到朋友來電說他的一位好朋友昨天在一場車禍去世了，震驚之外他開始思考: 這位朋友如果知道今天是他最後一天會對她生活有甚麼改變嗎? 他想了想覺得答案應該是 ”不會”，因為它從畢業後就一直在挑戰自己並且享受生活，那這時他反問自己:假設今天是我的最後一天，我會想要有所改變嗎? 他的答案是”會”，因此他開始把自己想做的事情一件一件列出來，那第一件事就是: 和陌生人結婚，他也很有實踐力，馬上就飛去拉斯維加斯，開始到處找尋目標，於是在一個禮拜後(同時也是他朋友的喪禮)，他真的和陌生人結婚了! 接下來書中就一個一個列舉他做的每一件事，我相信每個人看都會有不同感受(詳細內容可以看我的影片~ 有舉6件事和大家分享)，但給我最大的啟發是【當你找到人生目標後開始努力執行不管任何阻礙，一年後你的改變有可能是你無法想像的】。 以歌手為例，如果你連麥克風都不拿起來錄你第一首歌，那你永遠都不會成為歌手。 想想看 如果周杰倫沒鼓起勇氣報名吳宗憲的選秀節目，會有今天的周杰倫嗎? 如果高爾宣沒有不顧他人的眼光持續在網路上發歌，會有今天的他嗎? 我想答案都是”否定”的!!! 如果你喜歡這篇文章的話記得幫我按讚並且分享 我的粉絲專頁的連結在下方 https://www.facebook.com/N%E7%BE%85%E6%9B%B8%E7%AE%B1-NRod-Book-Box-123517815815661/?modal=admin_todo_tour 想看影片版本的話，連結也在下方~ (日後會有我執行書籍內容影片) 歡迎在留言區討論和交流~
