Named …. Are you ready? “BILMAA Break Room TV” They aren’t winning any awards for originality or “Best Corporate Training Videos”. And if their “retro-vibe, might be historically accurate” employee education videos weren’t enough of a farce, they got more tech funding. And the professional development managers, in their infinite wisdom, thought this was the perfect excuse to buy and install extra TV’s throughout the building. OBV, you have to spend the entire budget, or else it gets cut the next year. rolls eyes So by 3520’s there were TVs in the elevators, the stairwells (in case you didn’t take the elevator), the bathrooms, and the hallways…. All quietly playing “Break Room TV”. </p><p><strong>*squints at BILMAA, AGAIN* Hey BILMAA –all those misallocated funds, and you can’t update the video titles to something better than “break room tv”? The stairwell is not a break room! And it is no place for a TV! </strong></p><p>Ok sorry, just had to get that out there. Thanks for not judging. </p><p>So what’s on? Employee education, standards as it pertains to EVERYTHING, a minutiae of workplace procedures, and employee orientation. Enjoy the 36th century corporate culture! Personally, I’d rather watch paint dry. But hey, you do you.
