La molletta #4
<p>Tutti ne abbiamo almeno una in casa e nonostante l'avvento dell'asciugatrice, la <strong>molletta da bucato</strong> resta un oggetto quotidiano indispensabile, perché nel tempo è stata usata anche per altri scopi. Ad inventarne i primi esemplari furono gli Shaker, un movimento protestante del New England, di cui vi racconto la storia in questa puntata. Nel tempo, la molletta ha subito alcune variazioni sia nei materiali usati sia nella forma, ma soprattutto numerosi design ne hanno fatto un oggetto iconico, dedicano tempo e fantasia nel realizzare modelli particolari.
