Our goal is not just to become storytellers, but to help students, prospective students or anyone who wants to achieve their goals of building a successful career in real estate and property management. At North Seattle College, we are committed to creating an accessible, affordable, and applied Property Management bachelor's degree, which prepares students for a dynamic career in Property Management and serves our communities and industry partners. Our vision is to provide a pathway that increases access to and completion of an RCPM bachelor's degree, especially for underrepresented student groups, working students, and students with professional/technical associate degrees. Our mission is to prepare students to obtain and succeed in a career in the growing field of residential and commercial property management, and earn a living wage in the Puget Sound region. We provide our students with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to differentiate themselves professionally in the residential and commercial property field.
