FAMILY PORTRAIT - Part 6: Who's Watching The House?
SERMON SERIES SYNOPSIS: Most people think of church as a building, a service, or an organization. God calls it a family. In Ephesians, we discover God's design for His family—the Church. Through Jesus Christ, people from every background and generation are brought together as sons and daughters of God, brothers and sisters in Christ. Like every healthy family, God's family has an identity, relationships, leadership, responsibilities, and a purpose. In this series, we'll explore who belongs in God's family, how we become part of it, how we're called to relate to one another, how spiritual leaders guide and protect the family, and how every member contributes to its growth and health. Join us as we discover what it means to be a part of God's Family Portrait. SERMON SUMMARY: Every household has people who watch over it, protect it, and care for it. God's family is no different. He lovingly provides pastors and elders to shepherd His people with humility, wisdom, and compassion In this talk, we'll lean into God's design for spiritual leadership and why healthy churches are built on faithful shepherds, not celebrities.
