Bill Oakley is an American TV writer and producer, best known for his work on The Simpsons in the 90s. Oakley, and writing partner Josh Weinstein, are the brains behind numerous classic episodes such as Who Shot Mr Burns?, Bart vs Australia and 22 Short Films About Springfield.
