As fate would have it, his arch-nemesis Pun Meister has discovered her existence, as well as Night Scorpion's secret identity as Billionaire Bill Kane, and kidnapped Tara. </p> <p>Pun Meister contacts Night Scorpion, revealing himself as the kidnapper and issues an ultimatum for the girl's survival.</p> <p>Meanwhile the Atomic Skeleton's rampage outside of SUN Labs continues and the Police prove to be no match for the malicious menace of Empire City's newest supervillain. </p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>CAST</strong></p> <p>Night Scorpion ........................
