<br /> <br /> حلقة النهاردة مختلفة شوية لأنها مش عن جماد بالمعنى العلمي للجماد، لا الحلقة عن كائن كان حي وبناكله بعد ما مات وشبع موت واتنقع في الملح لحد ما بقى اسمه فسيخ، أيوة زي ما سمعت كده بالظبط حلقة النهاردة عن الفسيخ.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> الفسيخ اللي أنا بحبه بصفة شخصية وبعتبره أكلة بتنزل القلب والروح مش المعدة ولسه ضارب نص كيلو امبارح ولحسن حظك عزيزي المستمع ان الميكروفون مبنقلش غير الصوت، الفسيخ اللي بيتعرض لأكبر حملة تنمر وعنصرية في تاريخ الأكل المصري رغم تاريخه الطويل اللي يمتد لسبعتلاف سنة لما صنعه أجدادنا قدماء المصريين.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> الفسيخ اللي مرتبط بشم النسيم أحلى عيد في مصر واللي كل ذنبه ريحته، يا أخي اعتبره اللي جنبك في المترو<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> سمك البوري المصري الأصيل اللي اتخلى عن اسمه علشان يسعدنا، اللي قبل يتحول لشربات علشان سعادتك تتوصف بصنع المعجزات<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> اللحظة اللي حتة الفسيخ بترتاح في لقمة العيش البلدي الصابح وتلاحقها راس البصل الأخضر تقطمها باسنانك وانت بترقص الفسيخ في بوقك وتندغه لحظة يتكتب فيها قصايد شعر عن الحب والحلاوة .. لا مش حمار وحلاوة التانية بتاعة البطيخ.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> الفسيخ اللي خلاني اكتشفت من طفولتي إني حعاني كتير، لاني لما في يوم شم نسيم وأنا يادوب ١٠ سنين ودخلت أطباق البصل والملانة والملوحة والفسيخ في مجموعة من العيلة خدت بعض على جنب وابتدوا ياكلوا رنجة – بتاعة الفرافير – وبيبصوا بقرف شديد للمسكين وردي اللون الزبدة اللي نايم في الطبق في حضن الخل والليمون.<br /> <br /> صعب عليا وقررت أنصفه وبمهارة قط بلدي جعان ضربت الفسيخة اللي قدامي بلذة وحب شديد.<br /> <br /> وبعد غسل الايد والاسنان والذي منه وكوباية الشاي التمام نوم عميق وكأن روح الفسيخ بتمتلك روح محبها ويتحول لفسيخة نايمة<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> متاوبة بصوت عالي<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> عن اذنك بقى صديقي المستمع علشان رايح أنام، أتحول لفسيخة مملحة ما أنا لسه قايلك ضارب نص كيلو امبارح<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
