Is the Sportzball being influenced by the Video Games?
I hope you like longed winded conversations about the possible convergence in sporting regulations and game design because you're gonna get a SOLID HOUR of that in here.... For which I make no apology because, frankly, the discussion was fascinating and I think you should listen to it :D Also, we talk a bit about Atelier Sophie, Modded Minecraft and FrostPunk before Cejic decides to just lay in to Stray for no apparent reason (well, for several apparent reasons if you listen to his review). Also a good discussion about how necessities in puzzle mechanics can clash with world design and immersion in general.

Don't Call it a Comeback!! (Because who knows really?)
We're back! At least for now 0_0. This episode we go over a bunch of random news and get completely sidetracked talking about expectations around development (The Day Before), monetization (Unity) and of course, capitalism because it wouldn't be Null Point if we didn't whine about how money often tries to ruin art! We also have some new sections around music. Starting with a whole sections where we talk about artists we are listening to lately that we think other folks may enjoy. Plus, you get the fun (maybe?) story of why we started the podcast up again and Jaelights goes on and on about a synth they are getting because why not? We also talk about games we've been playing recently, including Nier Automata, Knockout City, Monster Hunter Rise and Lonely Wolf Treat by Nomnomnami, well, before we get sidetracked again talking about the importance of linear narratives in games.

VTubers, Personal Identity, art and, oh yeah, video games
We're both....very very tired in this one. Fortunately it's a loopy, fun tired and not "sounds like we're about to go to sleep" tired! We discuss Drum Machines (the TR-8 is rad), Eternal Return Black Survival, FFXIV Endwalker (it's coming!!!), Codevein and Dark Souls! We also digress into some of the mental complexities at the heart of trans identity and how that interplays with VTubing, personal expression, vocal performance and art in general...because when we get off topic we try to get as far off the map as humanly possible.
