<p>This is a narration of the 4-Part Psycho-Emotional Clearing Exercise. I learned this  about 18 years ago from a fellow Shiatsu Practitioner. He attributed this exercise to Psychic Horizons, a school in Boulder, Colorado.<br/>I have taught many clients and students this exercise as a mental/emotional reset.
