Podcast Overview

In a time when strong opinions are fashionable and pulling other people's views down seems normal, have you ever spent time considering why you think the way you think? On The Peak Of Mount Stupid is a podcast that introduces you to different ways of thinking and areas of philosophy and psychology that could help you to understand your biases and the lenses through which you view the world, all explained in a light-hearted and simple way. The aim isn’t to tell you what to think, but to explore different principles and ways of thinking. The format of the podcast is simple - each week Sam brings a philosophy or area of critical thinking to the table that Andrew doesn’t know about and explains it to him. They talk about it, try to get to grips with it and then try to apply it to day-to-day life.

Limitations

You can do anything, be anyone and change the world! Right? Actually, no. You probably can’t. We all have limitations that restrict who we are, what we are gifted at and shape our place in the world. Often we deny or fight these limitations, but what would happen if we learnt to embrace them and lived within our natural limitations?
