Podcast Overview

In early 2018 my mental health collapsed and I took a year out of my medical degree. In the three years since I have fought to understand how to let go of the anxieties and sadness that troubled me, feel at home in the present moment and ultimately find happiness. In this podcast I speak to people who have inspired me along the way and explore how they've learnt to take care of themselves from the inside out.
