<p>In deze aflevering ben ik in gesprek met Janine Haenen, collega en onderzoeker bij de Haagse Hogeschool. Janine promoveert op het onderwerp Student Agency, oftewel de stuurkracht die studenten voelen en hun invloed op het onderwijs. We praten over de mogelijkheden van student agency in het creëren van een inclusieve leeromgeving en proberen handvatten te geven voor docenten en ontwikkelaars die dit willen introduceren in hun onderwijs.</p>

Van Taalvaardigheid naar Communicatievaardigheid
<p>In deze aflevering ben ik in gesprek met Nadège Heyligar. Zij is collega bij Communicatie & Multimedia Design en medeoprichter van CarE (Caribbean Empowerment). We gaan het hebben over de transitie van taalvaardigheid naar communicatievaardigheid en hoe dit vorm zou kunnen krijgen in onderwijs en toetsing. We hebben het daarnaast over problematiek bij Caribisch Nederlandse studenten en manieren waarop we dat als docenten en ontwikkelaars kunnen verminderen.</p>
