An Update on the Mental Health Crisis with CAMH Foundation
<p>Canada is in the throws of a full blown mental health crisis -- layer on top that we are 20 years behind on mental health research. As Jason trains to swim across Lake Ontario, he wanted to share will all of you why he chose to raise money for the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Foundation. Jason and Avery are joined by Azza Taha, who lays out what the current state of mental health is in Canada and how CAMH uses funds raised by people like Jason to try to drive research, curb stigma and spread awareness.
