<p>Fenomena burnout kadang sulit kita kenali, masih banyak anggapan bahwa dinamika Psikologis tersebut akibat dari tekanan dipekerjaan saja. Tetapi hal tersebut tidak sepenuhnya benar, masih ada penyebab lain yang menjadi modal kita mengalami burnout, yaitu kondisi psikhis diri kita yang kita bawa di tempat kerja. Burnout tidak bisa kita anggap sepele, mengapa? bagi orang yang mengalami bisa mengalami kondisi Psikologis yang lebih serius seperti depresi dan lain sebagainya, bagi tempat kita bekerja bisa menjadi pemicu kerugian karena ada penurunan kinerja kerja dari karyawan.</p> <p> Sharing sederhana ini semoga menjadikan kita lebih peka akan dinamika dan fenomena Burnout.</p>
