EP.3【書籍推薦｜零工經濟來了】不確定的未來你準備好了嗎？
大家在這段疫情期間過得如何？周邊的人有些轉職不順、有些被放招數無薪假、有些店家倒閉…等等，希望大家能共同撐過這段艱難期間。烏雲總會過去，彩虹會出來的。 今天要介紹一本書，書名是「零工經濟來了：搶破頭的MBA創新課，教你勇敢挑戰多重所得、多職身分的多角化人生」，這本書作者黛安・穆卡伊(Diane Mulcahy)本身是哈佛公共政策碩士以及位於波士頓的百森(bobson)學院的講師。 這本書很簡單地勾勒出如何跨出斜槓人生並邁向自己所嚮往的工作、生活目標，本書多數是心法、簡單例子以及綱要，如果期待看書照著步驟就能達成的聽眾可能會失望。其實想想每個人所想的人生目標、理想生活皆不同所以不可能有標準步驟，所以這本書對於正在煩惱的人還是一本很好的第一步工具書。這本書我覺得也很適合心中懷有自己理想/夢想，但礙於現實考量而長期待在現在職場的人唷。 相關連結： 1. 零工經濟來了：https://reurl.cc/KkYk6m 2. 傑作國際專業教練臉書粉絲團：https://goo.gl/VnfGNj
